  • Medical History: Information provided through our downloadable patient forms is handled with the highest level of HIPAA-compliant security once received by our office.

2. Website Analytics

We want to understand how visitors use our site without “spying” on them. We use Fathom Analytics, a privacy-centric tool that is fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR.

  • No Cookies: Fathom does not use cookies to track you.
  • Anonymity: All data is processed anonymously. We can see which pages are popular, but we cannot identify you personally, nor do we track your behavior across other websites.

3. Third-Party Services

To provide a better experience, we use a small number of third-party tools. We have configured them to be as private as possible:

  • Local Fonts: Unlike many websites, we do not use Google Fonts servers. Our fonts are hosted on our own secure server. This prevents Google from seeing your IP address when you load our pages.
  • YouTube (Video): We use YouTube’s “Privacy-Enhanced Mode.” Additionally, we use a “click-to-play” system. No data is shared with YouTube or Google until you explicitly click the “Play” button on a video.
  • Google Maps: Our contact page features an embedded Google Map to help you find our office. By interacting with this map, Google may collect your IP address and set cookies in accordance with their own privacy policy.
